Between 2019-2020, the Malta Employers’ Association (MEA) in collaboration with General Workers Union (GWU) have been part of an EU project entitled ‘Upper Level – Joint Social Commitment – as the key to Information and Consultation, Participation and their challenges’.
The Malta Employers’ Association is managing to do this through the MEAGreen Project.
The MEA was confident that in helping SMEs becoming more competitive, they would be better prepared to expand their businesses beyond Maltese shores and embark on Internationalisation.
The MEA always emphasized the importance of investing in the skills of entrepreneurs and employees particularly in the area of innovation and transformation.
