MEA appeals for urgent solution to new unimplementable Identita’ requirement, issued on 6 September 2024

The MEA today appealed to Identita’ to find a timely solution to this matter involving its new requirement for property lease agreements to be officially attested by a Notary, Lawyer, or Legal Procurator, now that the Notarial Council and Kamra tal-Avukati have precluded their members from doing so.
