Rights and Obligations of Directors

The Malta Employers’ Association shall be organising an information session on Friday, 29th November between 13:30 hrs – 16:45 hrs entitled: Rights and Obligations of Directors as per Companies Act at the MEA premises at 35, South Street, Valletta.
The main aim of the session is to provide participants with a practical understanding of the legal principles applicable to directors of Maltese companies. The 3-hour session includes case studies to illustrate how to make use of the comprehensive practical guidance in the course material.
