Noel scerri

Mr Noel Scerri is responsible for HR and Risk at Malta’s Freeport Terminals.  He has extensive business experience having worked and led HR for one of Malta’s leading financial services firms.  A strong believer in people and employee engagement driving stakeholder value, he has also wide leadership experiences in Business Development and Operations.

Noel has extensive strategic business experience leading and managing change programmes supporting business growth initiatives.   

He is a management graduate from the UoM and holds an MBA from Henley Management Collage.

Over the years Noel was a Board Member of Malta Employers and served as President of FHRD.
